We really enjoyed our lunch here. The staff were friendly and the menu was large and diverse. We appreciated the gluten free options, though the fryer is shared so celiacs beware. I loved the brisket on the garden salad, and my hubs loved his fish tacos. Side sauces were really good too! We liked the decor- loved the mason jar lights too!

The boat dock area of Westport doesn't have a lot of dinner options and Aloha Alabama is one of the better. I had the full rack of ribs with fries and slaw for $28.99 and it was A-OK. The dry rub was really good but the ribs were mostly dry. The fries were actually good, the highlight of the meal. I ate the leftover ribs on my albacore trip the next day. Caught a lot of fish so will get the ribs on my next Westport fishing trip. Very supersticious, ha ha.

We are going to use Aloha for our wedding caterer so we stopped by for lunch and to meet with the caterer. Patricia, the head chef was so nice and accommodating. I can't wait to see how it turns out.
For lunch, we all got a smattering of different foods. I had the fried oysters and fries which were so yummy. My mother in law got the pulled chicken tacos which she raved about.
A far drive from Oly but we will be back thr next time we see close. So yummy! -

Mac and cheese tasted worse than a box of Kraft Macaroni and cheese. Cole slaw yuck. Was hoping for homemade, made of scratch cooking. Not so. The ribs were meh. Cornbread was the only thing we enjoyed, however service was A+.

Let me start by saying that this an entirely biased review: I just finished my 2nd plate of thanksgiving dinner from Aloha Alabama and am now sitting here in a beyond satisfied stupor. Man-o-man, that was good! (Smile)
My wife and I ordered Thanksgiving dinner for our trip out here to Westport by the Sea condos. What a great service! The food was waiting for us in the fridge upon check-in and there was a personalized letter typed out with reheating instructions.
The smoked turkey was moist and flavorful. The dressing, potatoes, and gravy were delicious as well. Add in brussel sprouts, mac and cheese, baked beans, cole slaw and Hawaiian mac salad and you have a true feast! Rolls and local cranberry sauce topped off dinner. All of it was fan-tas-tic. The Apple crumble for desert was also great.
Mind you, this entire meal cost us just over $100-and that's because we added extra sides. It was sooooo worth it.
We have had BBQ at Aloha Alabama as well. Once as dine in customers and another time as take out. Each time the food was top shelf. 1st class. Our kids (ages 8-13) give the food a thumbs up also.
Obviously, I can't say enough about this spot. Chef Patricia and the crew are doing a great job: Delicious food and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.
